Unhappy with TreadmillDoctor, July 11, 2014

    Verified Purchase(What’s this?)
This review is from: BowFlex Treadclimber Pistons Version 1 (Misc.)
Ordered a new set (pair) of pistons from TreadmillDoctor and the package arrived on time. But it only contained a single piston. I emailed them about the error and I received another piston a few days later. But they sent me a Version 2 piston instead of another Version 1. Another email was sent and several more days passed before I finally received my second Version 1 piston. I checked it over carefully and noticed scuffs and scratches around the eyeholes, they sent me a used piston. I don’t know if the first piston was used also as it had already been installed. My TreadClimber had been down for 2 weeks by then so I decided to use the second piston anyway and hope it worked properly. Nope. My Workout Level Setting before I swapped pistons was a 7 and now I have to set the second piston on 12 to get any kind of a step, let alone a deep one, and the first piston I received is set to 9 so the step depth is even and matched between the treadles. I doubt either piston they sent was new. A terrible experience and I certainly would not recommend the TreadmillDoctor to anyone looking for TreadClimber parts.
