*****UPDATED****** 9/19/2014 80 lbs down!!!!!!!!!! (read the review) Drip, Rip 10s, Tabata Sweat, Killer 100s, Pure willpower are my faves! (harest ones IMO as well)

    ****EDITED**** 8/15/2014

for the last 120 days I’ve lost 70 lbs with this program and diet (diet is very important) I want to insert pictures here but do not know how to do that.. If you would like to see a before and after.. PM or Email me

Incredible Program! Since I was unable to purchase this from Amazon (not a verified amazon purchase) I was able to snag this from Walmart.com for 29.99. I am 3 weeks in to the program, this summer I plan on dropping 40 lbs and I definitely see this video being an awesome way to help achieve that goal. 20 Workout DVDs that I have yet to finish them all. The first video starts with Lunatic Intervals, and since I am a Shaun T veteran, I honestly didnt think it was that bad, so I was a little disappointed. That disappointment was short lived, however.

Hardcore Circuit, Drip, Killer 100s, Pure Willpower are a few of the BUTTKICKERS!!!! Ruthless definitely lives up to it’s name!

I plan on updating this once the 60 days are complete (i’m about half way thru week 3) and I plan on repeating for another 60 days (so prepare for another update) and another 60 days after (etc etc)

Give this video a shot! You will not be disappointed!

I have finished a number of other workout programs. Last week, I just finished up Beachbody’s Focus T25. This week, I started this program not knowing what to expect. I was not disappointed. This is a good workout program and after only day two, I am feeling sore which is a good thing. Each workout is a total body workout. The instructor, Steve explains in one of the videos that he does not like splitting out body parts so each of the twenty (20) workouts are total body workouts.

The reason why this system is much less expensive than other systems is for a few reasons:

    1. No test group. Most workout systems like Beachbody and others after they get done filming the videos will spend a bunch of time have a test group go through it and they usually take the top 5-10 (that got the best results, of course) and display their before and after pictures as an example of what can happen to you if you go through this program. The problem with this is that 90% or more of the test group probably did not get nearly those kind of results. Instead, what Ruthless did is hire a bunch of actors (fitness people) and have them do the workout. This is much better, in my opinion because I don’t need faked test group results. I want a workout system at a good, low price.

    2. No equipment comes in the box. Most workout programs require some equipment in order to get the results or even do the program. This one, all workouts are body weight only. In my experience, I have found body weight workouts to be the most effective in getting you in shape. My fitness goals are different than most. I am not interested in looking totally, ripped and cut. I am only interested in looking fit. I think most people want that too. This program will give you that. With no equipment included, also reduces the cost of the program. That is good for you and me.

    3. No manuals or calendars included in paperwork form. Both these are included but in PDF format on disc one. This reduces the cost of having to print off those manuals. I just printed off the workout calendar and you can view the nutrition guide on the disc. Honestly, I like this because I don’t need more books cluddering up place. I only need the information.

The only downside I see in this system is that the workout calendar does not give any days off so you kind of have to create a day off or two per week yourself. The sixty (60) day workout calendar just tells you which workouts to do in which order. I usually take one day off a week so just cross out the days you workout so the program will probably go longer than 60 days if you don’t skip days.

The key to getting fit is eating healthy (eliminating processed and GMO foods) and regular exercising. This program will help you with getting in a habit of exercise everyday. And it only takes 20 minutes of your time so you do need to commit to it and you will see the rewards.

These workouts are not what I would call EASY. This program is moderate to advanced intensity.
